ASEANSAI Rules & Procedures Meeting

On 15 March 2023, Auditor-General Goh Soon Poh, as chair of the ASEANSAI Rules & Procedures Committee (RPC), hosted the RPC Meeting in hybrid format.

ASEANSAI, which stands for ASEAN Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs), comprises the SAIs of the 10 ASEAN Member States. The RPC is 1 of the 4 committees under ASEANSAI. One of the key responsibilities of the RPC is to review and update the ASEANSAI Rules and Procedures (R&P). The R&P lays down the rules and procedures relating to financial, administrative and secretariat matters.

AG started the meeting by welcoming the delegations and thanking them for taking the time to review the R&P. The RPC then had a fruitful discussion on the proposed amendments to the ASEANSAI R&P.
