Sukuk is the Arabic name for financial certificate as evidence of ownership of an asset or its usufruct. Speakers from Deloitte - Dr Nordin Mohd Zain, Mr. Daud Vicary Abdullah and Mr. Eugene Wong - shared on the concept of Islamic finance with respect to the use of Sukuk structures and the accounting of such Sukuk structures in the books of the parties involved.
